Andhra University Distance Education admission 2024 is open under Open, Distance Learning and online mode. The last date to apply is August 31, 2024. Interested candidates can apply online on the official website @andhrauniversity.edu.in. The new academic session will start on September 2024.

Andhra University School of Distance Education offers education in the field of Arts, Law, Management, Commerce, Humanities & Social Science, Education, Science and Technology. University offers BA, B.Com, and BSc. programs at the UG level. At PG Level, AU SDE offers MA, M.Sc, M.Com & LLM programs. It also offers Professional courses in MBA, Executive MBA, MCA, MHRM, and MJMC. Apart from regular degree courses, Andhra University School of Distance Education also offers Diploma, PG Diploma, and Certificate courses.

Admission to UG and PG courses is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination. Admission to MBA is through CAT , CMAT, MAT, and GAT. Selection to MCA is done on the basis of APICET or Entrance Examination conducted by the university.

The University offers a PG level program in Master of Business Administration for the 2-year duration and a one year Executive MBA program

Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 50% marks in Bachelor’s degree in any field from any statutory University approved by UGC, 5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/ Specially Abled Candidates

Selection Criteria: Candidates are selected on the basis of score obtained in CAT, CMAT, MAT, and GATE or Entrance test conducted by Andhra University.

How to Apply for an MBA?

Visit the official website of the university and download the entrance application form.

• Send the filled-in application form along with DD of INR 500 in favor of Registrar, AU.

The university offers a full-time PG level LLM course for the duration of 2 years.

Eligibility Criteria:

• All candidates having a three-year/five-year regular L.L.B. Degree from a recognized University (studied in 10+2+3+3/10+2+5 system) with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade point in the aggregate.
• Up to 5% relaxation in the minimum requirement of marks is granted to SC/ST candidates.

The University invites an application form for admission to the Doctorate program. Students with Postgraduate Degrees in the relevant subjects can apply for admission to the course. The PhD/ M.Phil program is offered in the following specializations:

• A candidate with a Master's Degree in a related field with at least 55 per cent marks (50 per cent for reserved category candidates i.e. SC/ST/OBC/Specially Abled candidates and for candidates applying under Professional category).
• Foreign Candidates (those who have not obtained a Master’s degree from Indian Universities) who have passed Post Graduate degree (Master’s Degree) with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
• The candidates having passed a Master’s degree (Partly by Paper Partly by Research) from any recognized University which is a member of AIU, New Delhi, or approved by UGC.
• Candidates who have qualified UGC/ CSIR/ DST/ National/ State Level Fellowship/ GATE / GPAT/ SLET/ NET/ M.Phil shall be exempted from entrance examination of PhD and shall be eligible directly for appearing in Personal Interview.
• The selection of candidates will be made on merit prepared from marks obtained in the entrance exam, in Personal interview (PI), and in their Post Graduation examination.

• Hello guys I am studying in this university mba finance I got admission last year only at present I completed my first year recently I give my 2nd year examinations. I like the college because of the history and also it is one of the best university.
• It is new to everyone we had assignments that had to complete within some period and exams also held online only for the assignments we had 40% and for the rest exam so we had to give exam as well as assignments also.
• Well things I don't like not as many but the one thing is there are sometime less communication between the college staff and students.
• The main problem in exam times if we had my internet issues then we have to talk to the support team.

• It's an open place giving us space to play sports.
• Canteen is one of favorites as it have everything you ask and benches to sit.
• Power-cuts during digital classes even though there's a generator.

Candidates who passed their 12th are eligible. For the application form and to pay the application fee, you need to go to AU or its branches. No reservation is provided. There's no need to improve its process, it's absolutely perfect.

Three years of my college life - worthy

The eligibility is 12th class or intermediate pass. There is an office room at the entrance, everything will be done there. I didn't avail any reservation benefits. The office staff will seem rude but don't worry

Very good college with low fees and with highly qualified faculty

The single destination for distance education. Although it provide less groups but they have best faculty and college is so nice. Everyone who completed intermediate are eligible to join there is no age limit for this and even this is the best place for people who are willing to study more while doing jobs and having busy schedule. Everything is so good there my experience is good

I applied for Gayatri vidhya Parishad because it's a renowned college in Andhra and it's quite close to where I live. I didn't have any quota. The criteria for admissions are minimum percentage of 55-60% and age has to be 17-18 years. There was no counselling process you just have to go to the college take the application fill in the details and provide your marks memo.
