• WINGS - Capacity Building Workshop for Future Women Leaders, August 8-10, 2024 at IIT Bombay On behalf of INYAS and its flagship event - Women in Scientific Domains (WiSDom), we are pleased to invite applications from early-mid career women researchers and entrepreneurs for the first WiSDom event of the year, i.e. WINGS (Work & Industry Neutral Growth Skills) Workshop. The event will be held on August 8-10, 2024 at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. This workshop provides essential skills and knowledge for professional growth and leadership development in a neutral academia-industry environment. Through interactive sessions, participants engage in skill-building exercises, leadership training, and strategic planning to enhance their capabilities and confidence in leadership roles. WINGS aims to create a supportive and inclusive space where women can cultivate their potential, network with peers, and gain valuable insights into navigating challenges in the workplace. Highlights: Eminent resource persons from academia and industry, Interactive skill-building sessions, Competitive selection of participants, Partial travel support , Accommodation, local hospitality and certificates will be provided. • Advertisement for the Post of Project Assistant in 2 Projects, INYAS, New Delhi Applications are invited for the position of Project Assistant on a contract basis for two collaborative projects: "SciPADReC" and "RESCUE" under the Inter Academy Partnership (IAP) Consortium. Dr. Kalpana Nagpal is the PI for SciPADReC, and Dr. Kutubuddin Molla leads RESCUE. Positions offer consolidated emoluments with specific qualifications and experience requirements. Eligible candidates are encouraged to go through the full details and apply.

The Institute is governed by a bi-national Executive Council, having six (6) Members-at-Large from Canadian and Indian Member Institutions as well as representatives from the Government of India and Government of Canada, headed by the president. The presidents alternate between Canada and India.
